Your Local FFL Dealer is the most recommended the answer your questions, due to a vast change of Laws between States, Counties etc we cannot offer advices. Please contact your FFL prior making your purchase, you will need one anyway.The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

Have your FFL Dealer forward a valid and signed copy of his/her License in a .pdf format to – defensearms@aol.com or FAX to (423)479-0575. Avoid any cancellation having your Dealer to send the FFL Copy before or at the day of purchase.
